Q:Who are the product creator?
A:DIYsignificant has signed many artists in Asia and Europe who are professional and productive.


Q:How can I ensure that the DIY product is exactly what I want?
A:After you place the order, you need to send the materials or related information for creation via email or other means. What we create is based on your materials.


Q:How long does it take for the creation process?
A:It depends on the product, and we specify the creation time for each product on the detailed page. Usually, painting takes 1-2 business days once we receive the order information. Carving products take 3-5 business days, depending on the difficulty of the work.

About Orders:

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you need to cancel your order, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours after placing the order. Otherwise, if the work is already in creation, we can still cancel it but a partial cost will be incurred since the artist has already invested time in the creation process.


Q: How can I communicate with you while the product is being created?
A: You can contact us either via email at order@DIYsignificant.com or through WhatsApp.


Q:Can I see the final version before shipping?
A: Yes, we will allow you to view the final version through your registered email.
About Shipment:

Q: How long does it take to arrive after shipment?
A:Usually in 5-10 days. There will be a tracking number provided after shipment.


Q: Can you ship directly to the recipient?
A:Yes, simply edit the recipient's detailed address.


Q: Can I return it once I receive the product?
A:If the product is received damaged or defective, we can issue a refund for the order. If the product is in good condition with no issues, we cannot accept returns as it is a DIY handmade product.
